   Very friendly.

   We had a rather difficult move to a house with a steep driveway, steep steps into the front door and 3 stories inside. The truck had to park at the top and the boys uted everything down for us. I was quite worried about the move, but the boys from Malcolm and Sons Trucking and Moving were AMAZING! Very efficient, very friendly, organized and quick! I was expecting it to be painful, but they made it so easy and stress-free - they even went back to pick up the final load of plants and outdoor furniture, even though it wasn't considered in the quote. An outstanding removal company - I will never use anyone else again :).

   Excellent moving experience.

   I found this company through Moving Reviews and from the start of the conversation, they sent me a price list that is the same for everyone. I didn't have to wait for a quote. I could figure out how much the move would cost. Contacted them and they confirmed the price. I was able to go to their website and schedule my time. Got a confirmation, and a call from the driver telling me he was at the door (minutes before the scheduled time of arrival). These guys showed up in uniform. The team was courteous and very professional. I had a problem getting to the bank on time, but they were able to take credit cards on the spot (and provided a printed receipt). Absolutely no damages, everything was covered and protected. They gave me a follow-up call after the move to find out how I was enjoying my new place I would recommend Malcolm and Sons to anyone who wants the job to be done right at a reasonable price!

   Wet it was all wet!!

   My whole move was soaked!! No good!! I am devastated that my move went this way!! First of all they told me that the move was only going to be a few days four to five.. But that' was a huge lie.. They took over 2 weeks to deliver me. There must have been a hole in the truck. My 2 thousand dollar sofa is ruined. Now they are trying to tell me that I am only going to be reimbursed 60$ for it. I don't know what to do they stuck me in a bad situation where I was forced to pay more then to find out my furniture was soaked.
