   Outstanding Move!

   We hired Master Movers, which was the best decision we ever made as far as all the movers we spoke to for this move to our new home. They were gentlemen. We had very heavy furniture and never hit a wall, scratched any furniture. They made it look like the heavy furniture and the big heavy boxes weighed 3 pounds and there was only 2 men. There customer service and moving ability was outstanding. I can say enough positive things about them. They are truly the best movers we have had and we have moved 8 times and Master Movers were by far the best movers. -Sandy & Michael McAndrews

   They stole our jewelry

   They stole our jewelry! I hired Master Movers Moving and Storage of Portland, OR to relocate our household in September of 2021. During the move, company employees stole $4,000 of jewelry out of a sealed box and retaped it. We filed a claim with the company. We filed a police report. The police found evidence of the theft and a warrant was issued. We have pleaded with Master Movers for the last 8 months and they have refused to help us recover our items or compensate us for anything. In addition, the move was horrible. They arrived 2 hours late. The truck broke down during transit. They delivered our goods 5 hours late. Customer service has been negligible. I have never been abused by a company like this. This has been a nightmare and we will never use this company again.
