Matthew and Joe were absolutely great!
Matthew and Joe were my movers. These 2 guys were absolutely awesome! They were patient. They paid attention to detail. They moved me from my home in Newport News VA to Glen Allen, VA. I did not feel rushed at all. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They wrapped all of my furniture. I had an extremely heavy armoire that they magically maneuvered upstairs without scratching any walls. How they did it..I have no idea.. I would definitely use this company again. They made moving with a 9 month old infant a breeze.

They stole all of my Daughter's possessions.
This company is a fraud and they are thieves! We hired them to move our Daughter and they never called after the pickup so that we could get a confirmation of delivery. They will not answer their phones, texts, emails. Do not ever use them as you will never see your things again. I talked to a Bonnie and Ezra these people are professional on the phone until you start asking too many questions about where your things are and when they will be delivered. That is when you start to understand that you have made one of the biggest mistakes of your life. They still are not trying to contact us to discuss an arrangement of delivery. We have not heard anything and it has been almost 30 days. The does not seem to be any way we can get anyone to help us. I am very sick over this and wish that I would have chosen a reputable and honest company.

Didn't get past the salesman.
Called the company. Salesman just took my zip and zip of destination, asked a few questions about the size of our home, assumed a weight an poopped out a number. When I asked a couple of questions about added service and in home quote, he shut down and cut me off with, "You can do whatever you want. Have a nice day." Then he hung up on me. Salesman needs some training.
