   Entire staff including Dominique and Ashante made sure our move went very smoothly from beginning to end. The actual movers whom did all the hard work were Tommy and Corey. They were very professional and handled our merchandise with care. We would recommend this company with high marks

   Go somewhere else!

   Don't waste your money on the extra valuation insurance! During my free quote I was under the impression the company would fix any damages and the extra valuation insurance was for the replacement of items (full replacement value v. $.60/pound). I had over $3000.00 worth of furniture damaged for them to tell me that their contractor was only going to charge 'roughly $500' to fix it all and that they wouldn't do anything because I had a $500 dollar deductible. The company then proceeded to tell me that I could just handle it all on my own since it was only $500 worth of damage. I would have been better off paying friends to move or a better company who wouldn't have damaged my brand new furniture in the first place. Out of about 15 larger pieces of furniture moved, 11 pieces were damaged and a chunk was taken out of my wall.

   Lost my most valued piece of furniture acted like it was my fault.

   Their workers were really nice guys who worked hard but they lost a coffee table by accident I think. I owned a lot of stuff and didn't notice until a few hours later. I immediately emailed them about it and they went into some kind of you signed a blank piece of paper mode it's not our responsibility. Offered me no help. Took a week to put me in touch with the driver after constant requests. No apology. Not a penny offered or even sympathy. Insane. I can't imagine a worse experience. I feel bad because the driver and workers were wonderful, but when they made a costly mistake management acted like I was vermin. Life is too short to deal with experiences like this. Renee treated me like vermin just for asking for help finding it even after I offered a reward for its return.

   Stay AWAY from Move for Less LLC.

   Let my BAD experience with Move for Less LLC help you make an informed decision. I would not recommend Move for Less to anyone. If a zero-star rating was possible – this company has earned it. My experience has been very stressful and there is still no resolution to my claim for damages sustained to my personal belongings during the move. Not only are the company’s movers inexperienced - they argued with each other the entire time working. The movers damaged a door and railing during the move, but their office denied any responsibility and ignored any attempt by me to resolve this matter. It’s difficult to believe, but the office manager’s unprofessionalism is only second to Move for Less’ disregard for customer service. I’ve taken all the steps necessary to get a resolution to my claim, including filed claims with Better Business Bureau, PUCO (Public Utilities Commission Ohio), and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration). My recommendation is for anyone who’s considering a move to STAY AWAY from Move for Less LLC.
