   They were polite, smart, trustworthy, conscientious- replying in a timely manner to all my communications and keeping me apprised of arrival times, and efficient - checking out the territory so there would be no unwelcome surprises to slow us down. Well done guys! Will recommend these guys as stress-free and easy to work with movers.

   I was very impressed by how thoroughly they wrapped my furniture, first in protective moving blankets and then in many layers of heavy-duty plastic. They even took special care for the glass products. I recommend the movers to all.

   We all made it down to SD the next day in one piece, and I can honestly say that I would recommend Move In USA for a move of any distance. We have unpacked 80% of our stuff and so far, and nothing was broken. I'm shocked and so pleased with the excellent service!

   Repeated customer!! We contacted Move In USA right away to schedule their help with our move. They were super professional and really quick. This time we had some fragile things I was nervous about but they wrapped up everything and moved it safely. Everything you want in a moving company. 5/5 highly recommended!

   Recently needed to move furniture and exercise equip. to my daughter. Move In USA did a terrific job. Were on time, very organized, wrapped everything thoroughly, and careful in loading and unloading. Greg Miller was an excellent communicator. Would highly recommend.

   PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I can’t stress this enough. The movers damaged the walls of my home and some of my furniture. Items were poorly packed and mishandled. I have contacted the company about the damages done and they have pretty much said that my home owners insurance should pay for the damage. I spoke to Gregg who only gave information about claims for the furniture and not my home damage. After calling around I got in touch with Rachel who was giving me the run around and not trying to rectify the situation. I was told to provide an estimate for the repairs after going back and forth with them. I did exactly that as we had our contractor come in and repair the wall because we were having our new tenants move in two weeks. Rachel basically said that the company invoice I sent was not legitimate and that the company did not exist…(smh) and that we should have gotten 3 estimates from other companies. Keep in mind we’ve been using this company for about 10 years. Basically saying anything to avoid paying for the damages. If you are looking for movers AVOID this one at all cost. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company. Hopefully, I can help someone else to not make the same mistake I did.

   SPENT TOO MUCH & COST US THOUSANDS!!!!

   Want to move to the house of your dreams, pay a ton of money for moving and have the moving company RUIN YOUR PREVIOUS HOUSE? Well. Then go with MOVE IN USA. Not only did they FORGET HALF of our furniture to move, but they also damaged (as in now it’s removed completely) our front storm door, Damaged our EXPENSIVE Wooden Slider Door (where it needs to also be replaced), but they damaged and/or broke almost all the items that did make it to our new house! Greg pretended to be nice and helpful up front, telling us to “file a claim” however their insurance company is a JOKE! $11.000 worth of damage and they try to send us a $135 check? Move In USA, Owings Mills MD is a JOKE! Don’t waste your time. Trust me.

    DO NIT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They broke my items, took apart items and didnt put them back together and tracked grease from their truck onto my carpet. TOTAL DISASTER OF A MOVE.
