   Absolutely awful.

   Terrible, 100% awful. Charged me for an hour of travel time (half hour each way) morning of move without prior indication, not including travel time from the job. The two helpers he brought were very nice, but one was a young teenager in a longsleeve black sweatshirt and the other was an older gentleman that physically could not do the work. Took over an hour to park just in front of my apartment, wound up hitting my neighbors car twice, then tried to charge me for the hour of him attempting to park while other two just stood around. Took out a sign in front of my home, then threatened to leave all my belongings on the ground outside my home because walking items up to the 3rd floor was too hard. (Of course it is, which is why I hired movers!) I told him I wasn't paying unless all my stuff was upstairs. He finally called the police and they refused to come out for the civil matter. He finally agreed to take everything upstairs if I gave him $1000 cash and he had to have one of my neighbors help him because his “workers” couldn’t. I said I would absolutely not do cash because I don't trust him so I went to get a cashiers check and he still insisted on half in cash so I got receipts. One day later (today) I notice a large, deep scratch on my tv. I message him because my stuff was supposedly insured. He told me making false claims is a crime and to not text him anymore because he's going to the cops with my harassment. I asked instead for another phone number to the business so I can get this resolved. He has since stopped replying. His name is Estevan Hartley, phone number 9783520044.    Stay away.

   First, they tried to overcharge us for the truck - $250 instead of quoted $150, claiming the size of the truck was larger. Worst though was that things went missing after we started unpacking. Amazingly so, those MIAs were packed in the same boxes and bags. Although we didn't check the truck before movers left, and can't prove they took it, but we don't have any guests, so I wonder how could they so mysteriously disappear in thin air. The main office, of course, denied everything. Worst is that main office said they will sue us for "harassing" them when we tried to resolve this outrageous issue. Overall, the job was done well with exception of few minor things being broken. Friendly movers, like to chat, so watch out since it's on your time and you are paying for it. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company for their lack of loyalty to the customer, inability to admit wrongdoing and rude main office staff. What I would certainly recommend - check the truck before paying movers.
