   Arrived exactly on time and finished before estimated completion for a move across Edinburgh. Very efficient and polite throughout. They were willing to go above and beyond and coped with 4 pets. Would use them again.

   These guys were great, all 3 were very friendly and professional. Moved us 250 miles over two days. They offered the best price for the distance, did video calls to see what needed moving before providing a quote and sent good info to help with the packing.

   Fantastic company

   James, Cameron and their crew were stars from the first phone call until completing the move. Very responsive, respectful and extremely hard working. Every little thing was packed carefully, labeled properly. They were very gentle with our items and stayed until all items were put exactly where we requested them and the furniture put back together. Very clean, quiet and friendly crew. Highly recommended I would definitely use them again.

   I would highly recommend using MoveStore. From start to finish the correspondence was great. Our move went very smoothly. The 2 young men were punctual and very polite. They took extra care with all our belongings and nothing was a bother. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

   The MoveStore guys we dealt with were brilliant. For starters they pulled a rabbit from hat after I botched my booking and forget to include the packing service. Within an hour they had scrambled a team to cover all our moving needs. Over the course of the two days from packing to moving the whole team was great - professional, polite and efficient. We would 100% recommend MoveStore and they even brought good weather for move day!

   Made our move easy

   Planning a move with a three week old baby was a daunting prospect but MoveStore made it incredibly easy. The initial process of booking and adding services was straightforward. We initially booked a moving only service before realising that we were going to need more help which was easily arranged. The day before the move the team were careful, considerate and professional in packing our belongings while leaving us the space and essential items to remain at home comfortably with our newborn baby until the following morning. Moving day went smoothly and the van was unloaded speedily and furniture reassembled in next to no time. We're grateful to the whole team for making what could have been a stressful day feel easy. I would use MoveStore again and 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and professional team to help with their house move.

   James and Callum are quick, professional, careful and polite. We had lots of problems on the day and they sailed through everything. Absolutely went the extra mile with protecting our furniture and final delivery of our things. Nothing was damaged or broken and I would 100% recommend these guys. Thank you for everything you did and if I ever move again, I’ll let you know! In the meantime, I’ll recommend you to everyone else! Thank you Eric also for coming along to help unload.     GREAT TEAM!!!

    MoveStore assisted me with moving in into new property. Great experience over all. All my possessions were handled with care (additional covers were in place to prevent damage). Staff dismantled and assembled one of my bed frames on the spot as it wouldn't fit through doorway. Respectful of both properties ( extra covers for carpets as it was a very rainy day). Service with a smile. Professional and efficient. Very reasonable prices.
