Bed damaged during assembling
The man that assembled my bed had no idea how to handle a screwdriver. He put about a dozen or so noticeable Nick's on the top of my bed frame. Some are deep enough to need wood filler. I also noticed that he only put approximately half the screws back into the slats. I spoke to the owner who told me to text him pictures. That was almost two weeks ago. The owner hasn't responded to texts or voicemail messages. I will probably have to take them to small claims court to pay for the damage. This company does extremely shoddy work & doesn't stand behind it. I had to put a few drawers on the runners because they couldn't even do that right. By the way, check out their standing with the better business Bureau

Damage to most of my furniture.
Damaged a majority of my furniture because of improper packing and transport.Some pieces were missing. Sued them, won a little, but not enough to cover repairs and/or cost of pieces. Forged documents and lied in court. Totally unethical behavior and they should lose their moving license.
