   Excellent Movers.

   I have used My American Movers for a simple move (one-bedroom apartment to another one-bedroom apartment a mile away). They couldn’t have been more friendly, professional, efficient and courteous. They have quoted me over the phone when I called them for an appointment and then I received a confirmation email from them several days before I moved.  Moreover, the amount quoted never changed when it came to the billing.  Other movers I have called were difficult to reach, but I never had this problem with My American Movers. I left them a message and then they called me back an hour after. During the move, they treated each box and possession I have as fragile. They took extra care that when the move was done, I didn’t find any scratch or chipped end with my furniture.  I would have no reservations to recommend My American Movers to any person who is planning to move. They made a supposedly stressful experience in to a smooth and easy one.

   Greatest Moving!

   There are Worst to best moving company in my place. And My American Movers is one of the best. East to communicate with, never had the hard time on the communication. In fact, this is not the best thing about them. The moving team was also a blast. They were very early and has a good spirit at work. They are also well organize, noticed that they were very confident what they are doing and they love it. RECOMMENDED!

   Office Move.

   The staff at My American Movers Inc. were professional and courtesy. The office manager answered every question we had in a timely manner. We had a stop along the way to the new location to pick up furniture for our new office, and the company accommodated our request. The movers were friendly and worked fast to get the job done. The price was fair and reasonable.

   I used moving services of this company for two times, one on 2016 and the second time on 2017, both of these times they were just excellent, professional fast and affordable. Unfortunately, In 2020 I called their phone number requesting their usual great service, while I don’t know that I am passing in my worst horrible experience in moving in all my life: 1-the manager changed to someone else who told me that the management just changed, but they still offer just the same service (which is not true, they became so unprofessional as you going to see) 2-The deal what you going to make on phone will be changed when they start to work!(they offered only a six boxes and they do not assemble and diassemble your beds fully as they used to do! 3- don't be surprised if you see workers walking in slow-motion, to collect more hours(the previous two times the used to work sooo fast, I felt before they care about time even more than the customer) 4-in the end they wanted to charge me for 11 hrs and 30 minutes for moving only the same 2 bedrooms I moved in 2017!! -only one thing makes me giving them 2 stars not ZERO star is one of the workers his name is Xavier, I feel he belongs to the old company, the rest of workers just not professional at all! One of them keeps giving us an attitude and he really don’t care about our stuff!is is my last time to deal with them after I paid a huge amount of money for moving only a 2 bedrooms! I wrote this review during the last hour of moving. I am so sad to see our stuff upside down, they didn’t organize anything here as you see in the picture.
