Missing boxes.
What is the point of insurance. At least 2 boxes missing. 1 box contains DVD player, PS3 and Nintendo WI. The other contains at least £400 of perfume and after-shave. Company insurance does not cover us as we packed our own boxes. Hope the house insurance might cover us Thanks for nothing NRD.

Do Not Use This Company!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The one thing you want to be able to do when you use a removals company is to trust them, unfortunately, our trust was betrayed when they stole £250 of cash from us. This was deeply saddening and made worse by the fact we the customer service didn't believe us and said that we must have misplaced it during the move - this categorically is not the case. We would not normally go out of our way to leave reviews, but we feel compelled to warn potential customers of the horrific experience that we had with NRD - AVOID AT ALL COSTS would be our recommendation!
