Mover texting the whole time
Won't use them again. 1 bedroom unit 2 pieces had to be taken down the steps. The movers decided to milk to clock. It took them 5 hours to complete a move that should've been 3 hours top (Note I worked in this industry for years). 1 of the movers kept stopping to text on his phone from start to finish. I had to check on them multiple times as to why they were moving so slow. My family even helped them bring things to the truck. The drop off location was 3 minutes from the pick up location. Each location was easily accessible yet they found a way to take their time to get paid more.The phone customer was great but the actual movers were lazy and unprofessional on the phone. Will not use them again! Date of service 4/29/21
