   We slept on floor for 20 days with our 20 month old baby.

   I wish I can give them negative, The driver Tim came 3 hours late, once arrived he started working and estimating things and ofcourse he said you have more items than the inventory, and the price'll go up $204 more, we said okay, they loaded everything and assured us that he deals with gentle and care with the stuff..yeah right!! HE also told us that he'll make it to the destination in 3 days, and wanted to know when exactly we'll be flying to the destination to make sure we'll be there ince he arrive..we were very excited ang grateful. When we arrived we called him-it was a saturday- he didn't pick up, and it was the labor day weekend we kept calling him and leaving voice messages, but never got back to us, or simpley answered his phone, on 09/04 we called the company, and they got him to call us, and I told him you assured us you'll bring our stuff very quickly, he told me "I have up to 21 days to deliver your stuff, check your contract"!! The truck broke down in Tacoma, WA! No one of this company called us, not even once, we kept calling them asking for information where're our stuff, they say "when the truck get fixed we'll call you" and if I told them the driver is not answering my calls!! they say "HE told you we he get it fixed he'll call you" We didn't conact them for a whole week, and then when we called they told us that our stuff got picked up by another driver -another company- they didn't even tell us! no one contacted us, and when asked for the driver's company the woman who works there said"You don't need his company name, all you need is his name and that he'll bring your stuff!!" The other driver came, the rest of the money on front, before unloading anything, and when they did, we found 1 bookcase, 1 picture frame, TV stand, 1 floor lamp, and crib rail, damaged and broken. We had to throw these stuff away, because they were completely damaged!! BottomLine..DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They're Liers, dishonest and no communications!! Please please don't hire them otherwise you'll regret it.

   Craigstlist movers.

   I'm not sure what other companies do, but R&C hired local day laborers off Craigslist and pad them $12/hour. This is not what I paid for nor what I would expect for professional movers.
