   They don't nickel and dime. The guys worked very hard and were very professional. They don't charge extra for boxes. I was so impressed that they could handle all of this. Not one scratch left on the wall or furniture.

   SCAMMERS!!! NOT A REAL BUSINESS! BEWARE!

   Complete sketchy, scam operation! [NAME EDIT] michmed102@gmail.com & Michelle@radiusmoving.com They stole $1050.00 in overpayment from me. They said they would move my belongings to Florida - never happened, stayed in NJ. Then - long story - they said they needed to move out of the storage unit they occupied and I needed to come retrieve my belongings ....which were in rough shape, broken and sitting outside a warehouse in the drive. They would not release my things without a $200 fee on top of stealing $1050.00! I doubt my belongings were EVER in the warehouse - no telling where. Michelle used various men to front her operation - [NAME EDIT] and [NAME EDIT] in Florida, Charlene in NJ. All website, phone numbers and contacts - disconnected!!! Time for lawsuit. Hopefully, BBB will keep her from ever opening a business again - however, thats why the "front men" and why she calls on an unlisted number - this isn't her first time!    If I could give a zero I would. This company more than doubled our price, after the truck was loaded. Then held the furniture hostage until we paid cash. Upon receiving our furniture we had A LOT of big ticket items outright stolen. What they didn't steal they damaged, some were a complete loss. Attempts to reach the owner for a resolution were unsuccessful. When trying to get my furniture delivered, the staff was INCREDIBLY ignorant and downright belligerent. Save yourself THOUSANDS, you would spend less donating your entire household items, and furniture and buying new, then using this company.

    DO NOT USE RADIUS MOVING & STORAGE!

    ZERO stars! DO NOT use this company! They never delivered our items!! They are horrible and gave our family the most miserable interstate moving experience. They were assigned to us right before our scheduled through a moving broker. Radius did not send enough movers (only TWO movers for a job with 2 different pickup locations, packing and loading). And then only ONE mover scheduled for the 2 different delivery locations! They were not up front with where our loaded truck was going after pickup (it was supposed to go direct from point A to point B, but they drove it completely out of the way to their NJ warehouse overnight instead before going to our delivery location). Their truck did not have a functioning seat belt on the driver's side. The driver got into an accident with our truck, flipped the truck, and our items were strewn across the side of the highway. All of our life's belongings were put into a tow yard for MONTHS! They REFUSED to tell us where the tow yard was located (we literally had no idea where any of our items were for months) and the owner did not respond to any of our calls and requests for updates/information. We ended up having to pay the tow yard ourselves to release our personal items and organize another interstate move with different movers/trucks so we could finally get our stuff back in October!
