   Terrible Moving Experience.

   Selected this company based on a very reasonable price quote. Upon arrival, the movers increased the total cost of my move by almost $1000. as others here have mentioned too. I had to leave things behind because of this. I was told last Tuesday, 10/17/2017 that my belongings would be on a truck on Friday 10/20/2017 and be delivered by Saturday 10/21/2017. I spoke with "dispatch" 3 times on Friday, trying to may payment arrangements, verify that my belongings were on a truck and try to get a time frame for delivery the next day. Each time, I was told that I would get an email or a call back from someone. At no point now have I received any calls back regarding these issues. My family and I have spent a weekend waiting around for calls, emails and a truck load of personal possessions that no one can even locate for me. Update 10/24/17 -- Someone called today, confirmed that my belongings are still in storage (somewhere) and they should be delivered Saturday 10/28/17. He also stated that we should receive a call from the driver on Friday to give an approximate delivery window. Update 10/28/2017 My belongings have been delivered. We received a call last night that the delivery would be after 0800 today. Then a text confirmation that the deliver would be AT 0800 today. The drivers arrived at 0900. They collected payment before even opening the back truck door. This truck was not loaded floor to ceiling as described, there were at least 2 other customer's belongings on the truck besides mine. Pictures below are of smashed boxes and the truck they arrived in (which was the same "logo" as the pickup truck). The movers themselves were polite, and were able to unload the boxes in about 1 hour. They did not, however, unwrap any of the furniture. The movers at pickup taped the company's furniture pads around several dressers and disassembled the dresser / mirror combo for safety. When I asked the movers today if they had put the mirror back on, he said, "Delivery only". SO right now I am about to go start unpacking and moving furniture to see if there is any damaged goods. Oh and on top of ALL this, there is NO WAY that my belongings are taking up the charged cubic footage that I paid for, and I will be documenting that as well.

   Scam Alert.

   These guys give you a low quote and tell you it's because they just happen to have a truck going to your destination that same week you want it. They even offer to cut you a discount because of this. They promise they will be in touch with you every step of the way to ensure a flawless move. They also assure you that you can pay by credit card and that your things will arrive within 7-10 days after pick-up. Once they take your down payment, you never hear from this person again. The movers show up in rented Enterprise trucks (not Sovereign) and immediately try to con you into believing you are over by 300 cubic feet and that you owe them an extra $1500. They do this to everyone. It's all part of their scam. They also demand to be paid in cash. Once your stuff is loaded, they drive away with your things and then the games begin. They don't show up when they promised, and every call you make to Sovereign goes unanswered or they put you on hold until you get disconnected. If you do get through to someone, they simply tell you they don't have any answers and you will just need to wait until they call you. In our case, we were promised a delivery date of 10 days after pick-up. It has now been 23 and we're still sitting in an empty house with no idea when (or if) our stuff will arrive. These guys are hustlers. They take your money and your things and just disappear. Everything they promised you is a lie. When you call them demanding answers, they just ignore you.
