   An excellent service provided at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. Punctual, professional, polite and did a very hard work with a big smile. 11 out of 10! We were moving from our 3 bedroom flat in South West London to Bristol - same size flat. I found them online and gave them a call. They offered me a free survey so they could give me an accurate price so I went for it. Adil-the surveyor who came to us was very polite and he exactly knew how the job has to be done so I didn't even ask for other companies quotations as the price he gave us and the service he offered was reasonable. Thank you very much.

   Fast and Hard working guys.

   I used Sunlight Removals firm for my 3 bedroom house pack and move service, I found them very professional and polite, They care about my stuff and packed very well, whatsoever no even single item damage or dirty, also there price was very reasonable compare to other removal firm I been quoted from,The guys were very polite and decent. They provided me free survey. I am happy to recommend sunlight removal.

   "I recently moved house from London to Manchester.I used removal service from Sunlight Removals. Since I had a very good service from Sunlight to move my piano few years ago, this time I called them again to move house.This time again, they didn't disappoint me.They are REAL Men. I was really impressed by their hard work. They are very friendly, responsible and honest.Adi always replied all inquiries quickly.Their service rate is quite competitive compared with other removal firms.Their after service is also great. Adi came back to me to fix one foot of Bed and some other bits. I really appreciate their hard work!".

   Highly recommend.

   We have just used sunlight removals staff for our house move in London, I can't recommend them highly enough! Brilliant service from office and staff, so understanding and professional, 4 guys came to pack all our belongings and move out on same day, even I booked them in last minute as I been let down by one company, they packed well and dismantling and reassemble my furniture on time.highly professional and trained staff.thank you for your help.

   Scumbags and thieves - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

   These guys firstly turned up stoned for work. When we got non stoned guys they smashed up my furniture and walked off the job early leaving stuff on the street. They are thieves and crooks. They have refused after 7 months of asking to provide their insurance details. They fabricate positive reviews online which are from made up addresses as they are crooks and thieves. STAY AWAY

   Stay Away! Customer service is poor and attitude is poor We chose Sunlight Removals as all others were fully booked and it has to be said the service particular from the manager is very poor. - The survey that was done prior to booking and we were quoted for 3 plus fourth can free at a very competitive price. But on the day of moving the manager decided to charge us £600 extra for the fourth van against the pre provided invoice. - we had booked a packing service and the company had only sent two people a day before to pack the whole house. In reality only 50% of the house was packed. We had to pack alongside the men. - when we refused to pay the extra £600, we were threatened to not do the job and we were stuck as we had to get our stuff moved and had no option. - the manager shouted and threatened us of some horrible things on the day, threatning us to unload all our stuff and leave it on our driveway. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. - when we reached the new place halfway into unloading they demanded balance payment in cash upfront again we were not notified and this wasn’t our expectation. All in all this amounted to a very stressful moving day for the entire family and I cannot stress enough how you should not use this company. - they damaged our fridge and refused to pay damaged, damages to appliances, furniture, attitude, blackmail, I’m actually shocked how this company can be allowed to trade. On challenging them to pay for the fridge damage, the manager said he will see us in the court !!

   Do Not Use This Company. You've Been Warned.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. We booked this company for a removal from London to Scotland. They asked for a £200 deposit which we were happy to pay. They arrived an hour and a half late and came with no trolley, blankets or equipment. The 2 men that they sent, just threw all of my precious valuables into the van like they were throwing away rubbish. To make matters worse, they were rude and my brother had to help them with the removal. As if this wasn't bad enough, they were even worse at the drop off location, there was only 1 man that arrived at the drop off location and we had to help him offload his vehicle even though we paid for 2 men. The polish guy was very unprofessional and didn't have a clue what he was doing. They also tried to hold us to ransom and said they wouldn't unload the vehicle without payment. After a 2 hour wait, the vehicle was finally offloaded with the majority of the job being done by us. we have now unpacked all our belongings and at least 60% of our goods are damaged. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I'VE EXPERIENCED. THEY ARE BEYOND BAD. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS.

   Dear Client, we checked our Record we never done your job can you please check which company book your job sometime small and SCAMMER Removals Companies use Good companies name I checked all data on our system only one time in past FA Removals hire our vehicle for one of their customer name magda coz they can't provide trucks for long journey so if you see sign on lorry it doesn't mean we are responsible for your job FA Removals just Hire our truck for your job and they are responsible still FA Removals havant paid Rent of our Vehicle,if anyone Require More Details or proof in regard of this Review please contact our office.we request a person who left review please be honest and fair delete your review before we take legal action.. Thanks.

   Avoid at all costs.

   Damaged several items of furniture, totally unprofessional and careless. did not care about the job and made me pay extra as their van was too small although I told them I had a large amount to move. complained throughout job about having to move the boxes and total disregard for special items marked fragile. now refusing to pay for the damages they have caused and I will be taking further legal action.

   In response to this feedback, we replied to the customers call and emailed her as well to advise that our carpenter would come and fix the issue. The customer called back after a while and refused this. They advised they will claim the £1450 and needed a refund of £450 of the job amount and then proceeded to hang up the phone without allowing listening to us. We were ready to repair and would have certainly sent our carpenter out to remove the scratches and do the polishing as well. The important thing to note, is that it was an hourly loading and unloading job only. The customer awkwardly packed their stuff themselves and made really big boxes with no covering of their furniture as well. We offered the customer to bubble wrap glass items and pitchers and the furniture on moving day but they refused and asked us to pick up the stuff as it is.

    House move.

    Worst then ever extremely shameless people in office charge you extra on everything Won't recommend them at all . I have been charged extra for the items which I showed them on the time of survey You have to pay them extra to make your furniture safe otherwise they will not responsible for that If you not pay for extra care they are not responsible even for damages done by them.
