   Great customer service

   We have moved our 5 bed house and had a great experience with this company, they were on time, packaged all items and were very organised, could not ask for more. Great experience from start to finish. We expected it to take much longer than it did, but the team were really professional and gave us a stress free move.

   Great moving experience

   Been moving today with Superman with a Van today and the move took a long time but staff was very helpful and managed to do it all in one go, highly recommended and done a great furniture assessment

   AVOID

   Booked for 7pm - turned up 1.5 hours late! 2 men turned up, told me they had come from south London and was only given the job 2 hours prior! One man had SLIDERS on! They were told it was a few items and was shocked to discover it was a whole 1 bedroom property. I booked them in to dismantle and reassemble furniture - They had no tools! Thankfully I had what they needed as I do not know what we have done that time of night. Furniture was damaged. They did not finish until 1am and to top it all off I was Overcharged by £75. Total cost was £395.00 when it should have been £320. Basically they had charged me for the hour they were late! I have been chasing for my refund since JUNE! 3 phone calls weekly for 2 months, every time I call I have to repeat myself as if they did not have me on the system, numerous emails back and forth and every email is the same response so clearly its an automated email!! Complete waste of my time as I am getting no where and have lost £75.00!

   Disgusting service, let down on the day of move

   Superman , more like Mickey Mouse. Turned up four hours late to pack the day before with just two men (stand in mates with no experience) instead of four. I worked alongside my husband as hard, if not harder than the men. The men left 7 hours later only a quarter packed. The next morning it was only the fact that one of them felt so bad that they told us that his boss had 'cancelled' the job. Can you imagine the stress? I was physically sick. Should not be allowed to operate as this is not a professional company and when dealing with such stress as a house move, should not be trusted.
