   Excellent staff and service

   Team 7 was wonderful, they were arrived on time and never waste time by smoking or chatting. I had impressed by their hard and fast working. I definitely recommend everyone.

   Excellent service careful and efficient.

   My team of three did a fabulous job. To move properly in my opinion things need to be carefully wrapped and placed properly in boxes. I feel furniture does need to be taken apart makes life easier to move out of apt and in to new apt. Plus the guys set all the furniture back up exactly how they found it. I know some people feel this attention to detail is not necessary but I feel it is and I did not have one incident. Plus the cost was slightly under $1000. Perfectly happy with Tandem movers.

   Nightmare move.

   On Aug 1st of 2015 we had a costly, rude, & most unprofessional move EVER! It all started with the call RSVP Tandem movers to move us about 3 km away. We Informed them that we would remove all our boxes ourselves and they would move out appliances. They said nope problem we'll sent 2 guys and that was it. So we shipped a truck load of boxes ourselves and I dismantled and uninstalled all our large appliances ready for the movers to haul..NOPE they dismantled more! So much more that I'm living without screws for my bed because THEY missed placed them..not only that but when I ordered those screws from the manufacturer they where flabbergasted as to why they would remove those screws..well folks classic waste of time to earn more cash per hour. The waste of time was so grand that it took 11h.. yes 11hrs! And we already hauled a truck load! So then I ask the guy does it always takes this long? His reply "Usually this takes 3 guys" 11 hrs later he tells me this ..really! So we call *Service* and the lady basically tells my wife its your problem for not getting 3 movers..HELLO!! We don't move for a living, this is stuff you ppl are suppose to know..your The PROS :S the whole thing ended with no discount no apology and me having to tell the mover to remove the lunch break from my bill cause that was a charge too. Also I paid cash and didn't receive a receipt? Driver took my money and took off. If you read this much I really hope you save yourself a headache and choose someone..anyone else! Good luck.

   Very Unprofessional.

   Hi,   I booked them for their packing and moving services. They were scheduled to arrive at 9 AM on day 1 for Packing. They did arrive on time. Then they left after 3 hours for lunch saying that they'll be back after lunch in 2 hours. They called at 2 PM and informed that they are stuck with another move and cannot come before 5 PM. Then they called again at 5 PM and informed that they would come back by 7 PM. Then at 7 PM they called and said they will be there in next 15 mins but they didn't show up until 9 PM. Myself and my wife had to pack almost everything ourselves as they didn't do their job.  They were supposed to do the moving next day but as a lot of stuff still unpacked, they first suggested that we hire 3 persons for moving instead of 2(originally planned) if we wish to complete the move today. I had to move stuff into a storage within 5 kms of the pickup location. The move started next day at 9 AM and finished by 4 PM. We had to leave for Toronto the same day. It was a very painful situation for us. Also, in the initial quote they sent us they didn't mention that taxes are extra. But we ended up paying 15% on top of agreed amount as taxes. Very unprofessional. Please avoid.   Thanks A very unhappy customer.
