   Everything went smoothly

   I moved from a small house into a senior living apartment and wasn't sure how it would go with all my antique furniture. Some of the pieces were heavy and fragile, but the team was very gentle with them. They wrapped everything up securely and made sure it got placed right where I asked. I didn't feel rushed or stressed at all during the move.

   I relocated my bedroom setup and some furniture into a shared apartment. It wasn't a full move, but I still had a lot of fragile things. The movers didn't treat it like a small job. They took their time, asked questions, and made sure everything arrived intact. I appreciated the respect and effort, especially for a move that might seem minor to someone else.

   I reached out after reading good reviews, and James followed up with all the answers I needed. The scheduling was fast and simple. The crew showed up on time and handled my furniture, including a fragile curio cabinet, with great care and attention. They worked efficiently but were also careful not to scuff the floor or walls. I felt like I was in good hands.

   I recently moved from a rental house into a newly purchased home, and we had all sorts of things from a heavy dining set to delicate glass decor. The movers showed up on time, wrapped everything properly, and left no scuffs on the walls. It was clear they’d done this plenty of times before. It was a great move.

   Arrived on time with great attitudes.

   The move involved taking my entire home office and several storage bins across state lines, which I was honestly stressed about. I had a ton of tech gear and documents that I couldn’t afford to lose or damage. The movers were extremely organized and labeled everything clearly, making unpacking easier. The truck arrived right on schedule, and not a single item was out of place. Super impressed.

   Keep away your valuables from this company

   They charged me extra because they claimed my items were heavier than expected. How does that make sense? They also scratched up my hardwood floors while dragging my dresser, and when I pointed it out, the foreman just shrugged and said, It’s not our fault. Unbelievable.

   This company had arranged a pickup for…

   This company had arranged a pickup for a move date this July 2025. They asked for the deposit, which was paid in full after receiving their quote. Days prior to the move, I tried calling them to verify they would be on time on said date agreed upon. No one would pickup the phone after 4 days of repeated calls, no way to leave a voicemail and emails went unanswered. I finally called the contact number that shows the owners name and number within the BBB. He hung up on me after explaining the situation to him and deposit given. I then received an email the same day stating they would not be coming, sorry for the inconvenience”…..they also stated they would refund me the amount deposited. No money refunded, lied to about everything. Do not trust this company!

    SCAM.

    SCAM. Took our deposit and then didnt' show up the day of the move, offered us a refund but then dropped off the face of the earth. Reporting them to the police. Terrible communication on important matters.
