   My experience with The Move Crew

   There are a lot of good reviews on this company so I thought I couldn’t go wrong choosing them but boy was I wrong. I’m not going to go into too many details, but I’ll just say that they ‘lost’ a small box during the move. The box contained some valuable electronic items - 2 iPads and other misc. items. When I called them about it, they pretty much said that it was impossible that a box could be lost and hung up. What!!? I’ve never ever been treated quite like that before as a paying customer! But what could I do, it was my word against theirs. A couple weeks later I see on my brand new iPad that I had to buy that someone is using one of the iPads that was in the box that was ‘lost’. They even put a phone number in it! So I took a screen shot and filed a police report and gave them the phone number to see if they could make contact with the new ‘owner’ to see how they obtained the iPad. No one ever answered that number. And when the police called The Move Crew to ask them about me, their answer was, “we move a lot of people and we don’t recall off hand who you’re referring to!” I of course have never received an apology or anything close to it but instead they deny it ever happened. There were other things that happened too that I’m not even going to mention here. You wouldn’t believe they really happened, they are that outrageous but they did. Anyway, I reported them to the BBB and their reply to them was that I was just someone trying to get my money back from the move. I would strongly suggest going with a different moving company in case there is a problem because these people cannot be trusted.
