   Natalie was very knowledgable and answered my many questions. The team arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and hard workers. The furniture arrive safely with no damage.    We would like to thank everyone at the "Transport Guys" for giving us such professional, courteous and helpful service. We have hired movers before but never on a long haul basis like this one, so I have to admit I was a little worried. The guys doing the heavy lifting were tremendous, I had to give my head a shake a few times watching them do their "magic" .... thank you so much for getting us home !

   Long distance move

   I have never used movers before, after doing lots of research and price shopping we hired the transport guys. Firstly the office staff was so great and awesome to deal with, mike and Natalie really made sure they asked all the right questions, and everything was clear and upfront from the beginning. They fit us in last minute when another company canceled on us. The movers came early prepared and worked so hard. All our furniture was moved not a single damage or anything. Thanks again for the great moving experience we will for sure use your company again and recommend this company to anyone needing a professional moving company with great prices and awesome staff all around.

   Recent Move for Bob Parsons in Leduc

   I moved on the 13th of January from one location in Leduc to another and Jeremiah and Amal were excellent. They provided quick and efficient service. They were also very helpful in setting things up and placing things where I needed them. I would recommend The Transport Guys to anyone and would use them again if needed.

   I was recently moving and I've called another moving company. When they haven't showed or answer my many miss calls, I needed someone like now. I called The Transport Guys and not only did they come on the same day, but they've stayed until I told them everything was good. The friendliest guys and the best service I've used. If I were to reccomend a moving company, I'd only call The Transport Guys! The secretary is soo helpful and the guys they've sent me were sent from heaven. I dont know what I would have done that day if it wasn't for The Transport Guys! Thank You for being there when no one else would show up. A million times Thank You!

   Jeremiah.

   Jeremiah and his protege Eric were absolutely amazing! They were very professional, polite and speedy but careful. There feet never stopped moving, and as a customer on a budget, that was really helpful to me. Moving can be stressful and finding movers you can trust to get the job done quickly and efficiently is such a bonus. I would recommend Jeremiah and his crew to friends, family and anyone looking for a great moving team!! Thanks again Jeremiah and Eric!!

    Movers nice but company doesn’t treat customers well.

    The movers were professional and did a good job. We moved 2 weeks before Christmas and they damage my kitchen table. The movers noticed the damage and apologized and stated that they would report it and the company would be in contact with me to fix it. A week had passed so I contact the company to see about the repair. 2 days later they replied and said the my would send someone to repair it or they could offer me $50….. $50 for my $1,000 table (seems fair). So I told them to fix it. They said they would call me with a date to fix the table. 2 weeks later I called again to get an update and finally got a date for the repair. A month after the move a guy showed up and glued the leg back on and it looked horrible. I called the company and they said they offered me $50, to repair it, or $0.60/lb. Sooooo… the broke my table, admitted they broke my table, and the most they will do is pay me $0.60/lb (about $50.00). Not sure what I am supposed to buy for a table for $50.00…. Sure am glad I paid $1,800 for someone to break my table…. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
