   Had an excellent experience.

   Really appreciated the attentiveness of the movers. I was confident in letting them into my home and they treated my belongings as if they were their own.

   Damage and unprofessional.

   Total Service Moving had to make a two-hour adjustment to our bill from six to four hours to reflect the actual time worked by the moving crew. We received hostile behaviour from a crew member, both verbally and in his demeanor, while he was on our property, in our home, handling our property, and in communication with us. This behaviour created an uncomfortable environment in our own home. This crew member did not try to resolve any issues he felt there were regarding the move before he started to behave hostilely, which included name-calling. His hostile and aggressive behavior was the reason he was told to leave the our property before the move was completed. Two of the three crew members were inexperienced. One identified as being on the job for only one week and that the third crew member had been on the job only a few days. There was damage to multiple furniture items and the entryways of the two homes involved, as well as the breakage of our TV which had to be replaced at a cost of $700. This damage took place within a four-hour time span. Our furniture was transported a distance of only two city blocks, on flat and paved streets, and had a travel time of less than five minutes. We did not pay for ‘moving protection coverage’ thinking due care and diligence is to be expected from any professional moving company whether or not a protection plan is paid for. The company appears to be satisfied with the service they provided. They would not consider a full or partial refund or any compensation for this unbelievable and totally unprofessional move service.  We do not recommend TSM/Total Service Moving/Two Small Men With Big Hearts Alberta (as identified on their invoice). We would like to make others aware of what they may receive if they hire this company.  .
