   Trustworthy, Friendly and Professional

   We used TVC Removals in April this year to move into our new home, and would certainly recommend as a professional, efficiently reliable and friendly removal company. We chose TVC as they provided a very informative and thorough initial quotation consultation via a video call, which provided us with confidence they had quoted accurately based on their professional knowledge. The call also instilled confidence in their Covid-safe procedures. The quote provided was also fair against with other quotes we obtained. Joel was very reassuring and empathic to the stress associated with moving. On the day the team arrived on time, were efficient and well coordinated, and evidently enjoyed working together as a team. They took care with our belongings, and were sympathetic to our concerns around keeping our cats safe and out of the way. We were in very good hands throughout, and will definitely recommend to friends and family for their removal needs.

   TVC helped us move in late March 2021. We would highly recommend them - they gave us helpful advice throughout the process and were very fast on the day, with no damage to items. They also included insurance in their quote, and the price was good value.

   TVC moved us from Cardiff to Swansea at the end of March 2021. Superb service - highly recommended! The team were fast and efficient at both ends, and were very friendly and responsive. They really helped to take the stress out of the move. I can really say that I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. And great value too.

   House Move

   Used TVC to move house in March 2021. Even though I provided late confirmation as to the move date they were very accommodating and reassuring. They moved a large amount of items, including fragile items and sofas and I did not have a single breakage or damage. The staff were very helpful and asked us where we wanted each item in our new house. I would highly recommend this service

   Stress free movers and great value

   We used TVC Removals to take a large house worth of stuff out of storage and bring it to our new address. They were on time, really quick and really professional. They had lots of different bits of kit to make sure that all our belongings stayed in one piece and were very tidy in the new house, making sure that everywhere that they were going had mats down. I would definitely recommend them as the price we were quoted was on the bottom end of the scale and they offered insurance for your belongings which some companies didn't for the same amount. The three guys were also a good laugh which made the whole experience pretty much stress free.

   Brilliant removal company

   TVC Removals were extremely friendly and professional. They made our priorities their priorities. No request was too big or too small for them, they handled our belongings and furniture with great care. We've had no breakages (and that includes a glass candle stick and grandparents china!). They went the extra mile to give very helpful advice about our packing as we opted to do it ourselves, and the dishwasher when they plumbed it in. Their communication was excellent in the run up to and during moving day. They gave us the most reasonable quote. Highly recommended!

   CROSS COUNTRY REMOVAL

   Joel and his team were excellent from start to finish. His assistance on planning and completing the move was first class. We also moved a considerable amount of garden furniture and plants. All undertaken with professionalism. Our move was across country form South to North and all aspects of the move were completed on time. I strongly recommend TVC for all one's removals.

   Fantastic team composed of upstanding members of the community. Easy to contact their office; clear, concise and helpful communication throughout the whole process.
