   Easiest move possible

   From Portugal to England VanOne managed our move flawlessly. The customer portal makes it easy to understand what documents are needed and when including how to apply for a Transfer of Residence approval. Driver was timely and helpful and everything arrived without issue. Highly recommend this service.

   The coordinator was able to confirm all details on the phone after taking my preferences into account. All relevant information regarding the process was shared. Payment and booking was easy. Invoices were shared in a timely manner.

   Friendly, reliable and affordable service! Very impressed

   I am so impressed with the service I received from VanOne. They have been available to me at every step of the process, which really helped to alleviate the anxiety that an international relocation can come with! Not only did they provide me with a reliable, affordable and friendly service, but they were also really happy to work with me in ensuring that the delivery was only made at a time that I could arrange someone to be at home. The online tracking of the van's progress was unfortunately not working, but Lennart kept me updated verbally so that I knew where my things were. My driver was Mitdo and he was so friendly and professional, I felt entirely assured that my possessions would be safe with him. Every step of this process was excellent, and I am really pleased with the experience I had. I recommend VanOne very highly!

   Great customer service, very responsive and helpful. Lennart went the extra mile and helped throughout the whole process and communication was kept very clear since the beginning. The driver (Alexandru) helped a lot and was very kind. 10 out of 10. I would recommend this company for removals.

   A seamless and stress free process from start to finish. Even when dealing with Lennart on the phone late at night he was polite and helpful. Conrad the driver was cheerful and reassuring and treated my belongings with care. A huge relief to find such a wonderful company !

   The move was as quick as could be and flexible with the moving times due to customs forms. Once cleared the move was quick and the driver was helpful and quick. Thoroughly recommend for a move in the future. Would use again.

   This is a great company. They are very professional, their communication throughout the whole process was excellent.    Very satisfied with the service. Much cheaper than the average and yet everything went smoothly. I had some issues with time and documentation and the staff was very helpful and understanding. Would definitely use again.

    International move from Sweden to UK

    Couldn't be more happy with the service provided, got super fast replies from the team at VanOne and everything felt very professional and organized. The driver Krzysztof was very helpful and kind, he spoke a bit of English but when we struggled we used Google translate so all was fine. The communication with his manager was immaculate - I recieved a phonecall to let me know where the van was the day after pickup and the estimated time frame according to that. When I missed the call on the day before the delivery I got a text message confirming the location of the van and the correct time for delivery. Van picked up my things at 4pm Thursday in Stockholm, Sweden and arrived near Cambridge, UK at 9am Sunday morning. Nothing broken and all still packed the same way as when he left. Nothing but good things to say about this service!
