   Perfect!

   Vinnie came recommended and I understand why! Easy comms, easy to book, on time, took great care with my stuff, fast and efficient loading and unloading, and managed to run the gauntlet of Brexit and covid with all the right paperwork and absolutely no fuss in no time at all!    Very happy with the service provided by VK Removals. They uplifted from our house in Omagh, held our property In secure storage for two weeks and delivered them safely to our new home in Galashiels . The service they provided was professional, friendly and courteous. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

   They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in your life, but with VK Removals even moving country during a global pandemic was a cinch! They were personable, professional, and so accommodating with last minute changes, I could not speak more highly of them. If you want a stress-free move, then look no further.

   Ireland to England removal.

   I recently sent three boxes from Dublin to London with VK removals. The service was excellent! The boxed were picked up from my house and delivered to London in a matter of days. The whole experience was stress free and I found the company very easy to deal with. All of my questions were answered quickly via email and my boxes arrived with no issues. I would definitely recommend this company.

   This is the second time I have used VK removals. It is always a pleasure using them. Nothing is too much trouble for Karen and Vinnie. Stress free and would recommend to anyone. Thanks to their team also, Sarah and Manuel.

   Hassle free and efficient.

   I have used many other baggage providers but amongst all of them I would rate VK the highest. They were also the cheapest amongst the lot. Only negative thing I would say is that their phone lines were not answered most of the time, but they always replied to emails on time, so I didn't even have to talk to them over the phone once. Very happy with the service, will happily recommend to others.

   Threat to put a bullet in wife's head

   Would leave 0 stars if possible. Avoid this sham of a company at all costs. A dispute over a missing box of expensive bluray box sets and Xbox games, meant I refused to pay the full asking amount for an extra delivery, on top of what we had already paid as agreed in the quote. I suspect it has been delivered to another party by mistake. I was prepared to pay the majority of the extra money as we had already been held to ransom by this company, and just wanted rid of them. But then [NAME EDIT] became abusive and agressive to my wife screaming down the phone, and calling us liars, and expecting us to know exactly what items had been loaded into 2 separate lorries. [NAME EDIT] then called to say he would put a bullet in my wife's head and burn down our old house, as well as other intimidating threats. His threatening behaviour has continued today with more threats by phone and sms to get my wife shot, and criminal damage. [NAME EDIT] has been reported to the police.

   Aggressive and untrustworthy

   This company damaged our belongings and were intimidating and aggressive when we raised this with them. They will also leave you in the lurch for more lucrative work if it comes along.

    Very poor

    I employed VK Removals to remove my household effects from Scotland to their storage in Northern Ireland and then to deliver later to me in Ireland. It cost me over £10,000 in total. Once they have your money they don't care. Their customer service was appalling. When I complained about missing items I was met with lies and aggression. I would also advise anyone to check out their financial status on Companies House before employing them.
