   These guys are GREAT.

   Two guys showed up today to move my son from Fitchburg to Sun Prairie. Excellent young men, that did not waste our time or theirs. There was no "padding" the hours here. The next time you need movers, use Wisconsin Moovers. They are great. Thank You !

   Great experience.

   I have used these movers twice for an apartment move and a storage unit move. These guys worked hard and expeditously. Also very polite and just a nice bunch of guys! I also plan to use them again in the future for some other projects.

   Really gone downhill

   I used this company to move in January of 2022 when I bought a house and there were no issues so when I sold the house I called them again. They sent 2 guys over on 7/13/2023 to help us move to a place we’re renting while our new house is being built and man has this company gone downhill!! They broke feet off 2 dressers, completely destroyed my daughter’s dresser, and dented and gouged several other pieces of furniture. That’s not even the worst part! The next day while my daughter and I were unloading some stuff from my car one of them showed up at our new place. Weird, right? He said that when he went to try to get paid the night before at the shop where the business is located the other 4 guys who had been at my new place unloading the truck were smoking crack cocaine. He went on to say that the guy who was with him at my house all day had smoked crack in the back of the truck with my furniture and that same guy had made comments about stealing our belongings, like, “oh, Tommy likes NASCAR, I should just take this”. (Tommy is the owner of this company). This employee also said that the reason the 2 guys who showed up in the morning didn’t have help until they arrived at our new place to unload the truck is because the other 3 were at the shop smoking crack and that one of the guys mentioned that he thought he left a crack pipe in my garage or basement! Are you kidding me!? (If I find it I’m calling the cops!!!) When I told the employee that I had used this company before without any issues he asked when. I told him January of 2022. He said that the company was fine then, that there were 2 other owners then, Shaw and another guy but they split when Tommy started stealing money from the business to buy drugs. What is going on at this place??? On Saturday, 7/15/2023, my husband saw an email from them asking for a review so I typed in a summary similar to this one. Several hours later I got a text from Tommy, the owner, saying, “Good evening. Ive been told you had a visit yesterday from josh. I had to let him go due to a number of different reasons please take anything he might of told you with a grain of salt , he is upset & out of control, He has been telling ppl lies and right now im trying to resolve the issue.Iv seen the review you left me it makes me furious! thats not the image I want for my company, Im willing to pay for any damages, please lmk thanks Thomas”. We went back and forth regarding payment for damages because he didn’t want to make an insurance claim. His offer was $250 and to move us for free next time, like I’d ever use them again, NO WAY!!! With all the damage they’d done and the insane visit from his employee in front of my daughter, my suggestion was for him to just credit us back for this move and we could part ways. After that, he quit responding. I have since contacted my attorney. Lesson: Don’t use this company!!! Terrible experience and if they break your stuff they won’t pay to fix/replace it because they are too worried about making an insurance claim (or maybe buying drugs??‍♀️)

   Madison Wisconsin Movers.

   Wisconsin Movers took extremely long to move a one bedroom from approximately 5 miles. Took them 20 minutes longer for them to reach my moving destination then everyone else. Instead of parking with truck adjacent to door, they parked in lot walking each item down a long sidewalk to second entrance. Damaged my dresser by putting gashes in the side of it and somehow pushed from within inside of hutch to protrude side of wood out in bottom of hutch. The upper part of my hitched was placed on the ground on its side getting dirt and grass all over the side of it. All my folding chairs, wreathes, and Him Shore Christmas Decor are missing also. A 4 hour job took them approximately 6-7 hours to do the same job. Lousy job and never answered my e-mail after letting them know if their bad job and ruining my good furniture! Job badly done!
