Remoals.
Men turned up on time laid sheets on the carpets, wrapped all the furniture in various covers all items loaded on the van as requested when we got to the new property sheets on the carpets furniture put were we asked for it to go and all put back together men very polite and pleasant and very professional team from the office to the van staff cost was very competitive would highly recomend Yetes to any on the move.

Disappointing level of service.
Team arrived 50 minutes late, called half an hour after due time to inform us that they were en route. No apology, just excuses. We had been advised to create a parking space on a busy road for a "small removals van" by the salesman - therefore saved a space by our car with bins and planned to move the car upon arrival. Removals vehicle arrived - not a "small removals van" as expected, but a 4x4 towing a trailer. Removals team complained that we hadn't saved a large enough space and just stopped in the road. Efficient service when moving goods, care was taken. Unprofressional comments made regarding the property we were moving from. After the move we received a letter expalining that the company would arrange collection of our cartons once we had finished unpacking. These materials are then "re-used and recycled as part of their environmental policy." Howvever, when I rang to arrange collection, the indivdual was rude and defensive on the call, making excuses about why they couldn't collect the cartons, advising me to recycle them myself. Overall I found the level of service and professionalism dissapointing, did not feel like a "valued customer" and would not recommend. .
