Trash company and if I could give negative stars, i would! Beware, once they have your money, they don't care about what happens to your stuff.
We moved across states and somehow, this company managed to lose several of our boxes, including a box that was full of very sentimental wedding stuff (including a signed guest book, along with other irreplaceable items). They also delivered 3 boxes of items that did not belong to us.
After sharing the lot numbers and stickers from these unknown boxes (full of NICE kitchen items for the most part), they still were unable to find the owners of these boxes, nor were they able to find our wedding items. Kind of weird when you have a certain amount of deliveries along a route and yet you are unable to figure out what belongs to who even though these boxes were clearly labeled?
Hay, the owner didn't respond to any of the messages I sent regarding our stuff and other managers involved, after making some half-hearted efforts to figure out whose stuff we had and also to "find" our stuff, pretty much went radio silent. Cool, so i lost some of my most precious, irreplaceable memories and you guys could care less. How hard is it to call the folks along that delivery route and figure out where things landed?
Anyways, as I sit here missing my items and with a garage with 3 boxes full of unclaimed items that I'm sure someone is missing, these guys will continue to not give a shit. So if you want to spend a lot of $$$ to a company who really could care less about the bottom line of getting your stuff safely and fully delivered, then by all means, use these guys.
