This is the most unprofessional company I have encountered. They are crooks. They threatened my husband after they damaged our furniture and REFUSED to complete a move I had arranged back in December 2021 for April of this year. Plenty of time and a reminder email was sent to the owner to assure everything was ok. I sent a full detailed list of our stuff way in advance. They showed up and accused me right away of giving false info. After I pulled the email chain out and proved the guy wrong, they started working. But said they can’t complete the move until another day because they didn’t have enough staff and thought they were doing a partial move. Even though I got quoted for a full move. After we got to the new house, the lead guy had an absolute fit on me after he saw me cleaning my brand new scuffed up couch, which he reassured me would be covered properly. I even offered to wrap it up in a clean sheet back at the old house but he told me it was not necessary. He got offended by me cleaning it and said he was taking off with our stuff and not completing the move. My husband had to block them in and call the cops so we can get our stuff out of their truck. They wanted payment for work they never completed and blamed me for the crap they broke. I had to call the owner and say I wasn’t paying for the guys to get our stuff out of the truck. The cop had to stay the whole time to make sure the move was complete because the lead guy kept refusing and didn’t even want us outside watching him. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Moving is stressful enough, you don’t need to be dealing with crooks. Also this wasn’t cheap, $2000 for uncompleted work.

Ì had to move in the mid winter 2021 and I hired the 6thirteenmoving team in a short notice. They were fast, efficient and professional. They not only cared for my furniture, they took great care and paid attention to protect the walls, floors, and doors. They were dedicated to their work and finished in timely manner. With them, you just need to sit back, relax and let them do their work. I will hire them again for moving without hesitation. Van

This is the first time I have used a moving company, before this I would rent a U-Haul and get a bunch of friends. Never again! The guys that were sent out were professional, hard working, and extremely careful of my furniture. I had a 3rd floor walk up apartment with very heavy antique furniture that needed to be hand carried down. The furniture was all carefully wrapped and protected. At the new home, the furniture was re-assembled and set up for me! Not one scratch! Thanks guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Honestly, I don't know why people say that moving is a pain. 6Thirteen took care of everything. Made everything so smooth and carefree. I don't know why people would hire anyone but these guys to move. The owner knows exactly how to satisfy customers. He is also an amazing judge of talent, because his staff lack nothing and excel in everything. Thankyou for the dream move yet again. The second time was even better than the first time. The other 11 moves I've had in my life have seriously paled in comparison.

Where do I start? Adam (operation manager) made me so comfortable over the initial phone call, and with endless questions from my end, he kept patient and answered every single one with detail and professionalism. I decided to book with 6Thirteen and WOW was I ever amazed at the professionalism, efficiency the men had to offer, and the speed overall throughout the booking, move itself, and follow up phone call from Adam to see how I felt about the move. Adam even ASKED ME if I had any feedback to share about their services. Now this team is customer oriented. Thank you so much again, and it's a 100/10 from me!!
