Do Not hire this company no matter what. I am writing regarding my household-goods shipment picked up in California on July 26, 2026, for delivery to Idaho. I was advised that delivery would occur within 10 business days from August 6, 2026. That delivery period expired and when I reached out you said 30 business days, that too has now expired, and I have received neither my shipment nor any notice explaining the delay or providing a new delivery date. It feels like they have stolen my items at this point. Thieving company.

Son who is passionate about trains. Seriously passionate. Custom built N scale model railroad layout that spans an entire room, built over seven years, with hand laid track, custom scenery, and hundreds of individual structures and rolling stock pieces. Dismantling and reassembling this layout was the single most stressful aspect of the move from Raleigh, NC. Jerry coordinated with my son directly. Interviewed him about the layout, photographed every section in detail, developed a disassembly sequence that minimized the need for re laying track. At delivery in New Haven, CT my son directed the reassembly alongside the crew. Layout was running trains within a week of arrival. My son said it was the best thing that ever happened to his railroad. Cost $10,100. Made a twelve year old's dream survive a cross country move.

Mid school year move we had no control over due to a job change leaving Bedford Hills, NY. Kids school records, enrollment forms, and medical records all needed to stay organized and accessible during the transition. I asked John to help us pack the study in a way that kept those files accessible rather than buried. He created a dedicated priority access box with those records labeled on the outside and placed it so it was the last thing loaded and first thing off the truck in Golden, CO. When we arrived it was the first thing in our hands. Practical thinking that made an already stressful school year transition significantly smoother. Cost $11,300.

Very old Victorian in Reeds Spring, MO. Narrow doorways, original hardwood, original plaster, winding staircase that has defeated furniture people for years. I was as worried about damage to the old house as I was about the furniture. Chris came specifically to assess the architectural challenges. Brought a crew that included two specialists in tight space moving and custom rigging. Every door, railing, and floor padded before work began. Largest pieces came out without touching a single wall. Home left in perfect condition. Delivery to Kaukauna, WI just as careful. Cost $9,500.

First time homeowners, tight budget, moving into a place we had worked years to reach in Boca Raton, FL. We did not have the most stuff but what we had mattered. Jerry worked with us on the most efficient plan possible, honest about what we needed, never tried to upsell. Crew fast and careful. At the end he took a minute to congratulate us on the new house. That warmth felt real. Total $8,200 fit the budget perfectly.
