It started with the movers putting all our smaller boxes into bigger boxes, at an (unbeknownst to us) $35/pop, which somehow lead to a move that cost triple our estimate. After learning on move-in day that our truck has been sitting in storage for 2 days and that they will not be delivering on the agreed upon move in date, my husband and I are now sleeping on the wood floor of our home after a day of driving 500 miles. Had it been communicated that there would be a remote possibility that our things wouldn't arrive on our move-in date, we would have taken measures to pack up our blow up mattress in our car. It became clear that the departments in this business do not talk with each other ensure the facilitation of a smooth transaction. We were told not only that they have up to 21 days to make this shipment, but that since we didn't get a phone call 24 hours prior, that we should have "assumed" it would not be arriving on our move in date. So now, my husband and my first night in our new home and new state will forever be remembered like this - left on the floor and in the dark by a company you've entrusted all your worldly possessions with. All Points Moving needs to employ a better business model that includes full transparency and interdepartmental cooperation - and more touch points with their customers.

First of all, my things were brought in a week. I thought that was quick. This company dropped my things off. They contacted me day before and an hour before they came. Great. Two guys came in a truck and moved everything to where I wanted. Put my bed and TV together. Gave them cold water and cookies while they worked. When they were getting ready to leave, one said (very broken English), we now need tip. Honestly, I forgot. Went inside and got them $15 each. The man said this is not enough. He said they put bed and TV together. I said No. That is their service. I paid over $3000 for this. They left. Did not take half the garbage they were Supposed To. When do people demand a tip and then say that is not enough. If they work for tips and that is not enough then maybe the company needs to pay them more. Good experience until the end.

Broken 46” curved screen TV beyond repair, broken bun on bed post-gone!!! Many Items missing! Called, talked to the owner-Tomer Orchen, & their manager… Even asked them to look at their Security System once the movers returned the day we were moved, Tomer said they did, but did he? So where did my things go? Their Broker-“Trusted Moving & Storage”-their Moving Estimate-$2721.75- their fee $720 for false information….$4,130.00 paid this company to move us from NY TO CT. Had no CHOICE, HAD TO MOVE…. THEIR INSURANCE QUOTE from “CSI” was a whole $6.00. Cancelled the claim…a joke. The workers did a great job, with a good tip each. Guess it wasn’t enough…….

I worked with this company during the month of December 2021 for a long-distance move. The pickup of my items went very well, and the movers worked quickly to get my items into their truck without hassle. The issues came in their unprofessional communications skills when informing me where and when my items would be delivered to my drop-off address. At every turn, I had to contact them directly to find out any information regarding my items and whether the dispatcher left NJ. I had to call several times to confirm the status of the dispatcher; even on the day of delivery with representatives arriving at my home at 10 pm! This was very disappointing and disheartening to have to worry about the status of my items for 3 weeks, while no one handling them seemed to want to provide any information willingly. I would not recommend this company as their communication skills are unprofessional and worrisome.

We moved from Conntecticut to Texas. We have moved several times with corporate relo packages, but this time we had to arrange the move ourselves covered by a signing bonus. Allegiance moving and storage gave us a $12000 estimate for the move after taking a detailed inventory (over the phone) of our items for an estimated 1950 cubic feet. When All points arrived, they very quickly proclaimed we had 2600 cubic feet.. increasing the cost of the move by 1/3. And when the goods were loaded on the truck,itjumpedupanother200cubic feet.The moveprocess wasmostlyOK,butthereweresomebigmistakes anddamages.Wewouldnotrecommentthiscompany.Theheadmover,Jesus,blamed meforeverything anddidnothavethepatiencetoanswermyquestions,especially abouttheGrandPiano.I wouldnotrecommend thiscompanyforacross countrymove.First,I would recommendusingamoverwho actually comestoyourhousetogiveyouyourestimate sothattherearenosurpriseswhentheactuallyshowup.Iwouldalsorecommand moverthatissmaller,more localandcanmoveonlyyour thingsonthetruck.Wereallydidhavelots ofdamageandsome thingsgomissing.Iwouldnotrecommend.
