Be aware, the above moving service company is absolutely a scammer!!!
I scheduled moving service on June 15th, 2025, from San Jose to Seattle. They quoted my moving cost will be around $2,300, which sounds like a reasonable price. And they asked deposit $1,178 for service schedule, I paid them without doubting, I was out of mind just gave them the deposit, then the dramatic things started to happen. They told me in the phone call that the moving truck will arrive in the morning around 10:00 am - 11:00 am. A few days later, I received the confirmation call saying they will send the truck afternoon 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, when I ask why it's getting delay, the caller sounds very impatient, and told me she was only informing me, which make me very nervous about this service, I attempted to call customer representitive lots of time and discuss about arriving time, but my phone call never got answered. Eventually they came at 4:45pm ! What a *ing service this is?!!!
What is even hilarious is, when they came, they drove a U-hual truck, they don't even have their own moving truck!!! The worst part/nightmare is coming. When they get here to pickup my stuff, they start trying to convince me a higher quote, they try everything to elevate the quote by excusing the size of the dining table, sofa, boxes etc. The Final gaven quote is almost $7,000. This is absolutely crazy, I believe I got scammed!!! When I told them I'll not paying the new quote, and asked my deposit back, they refused to refund my deposit. Eventually I lost my deposit, I spend almost double the cost moved with the other moving service in the same night, since I don't want to have any trouble with those scammer during the night.
What a awful experience with this scammers. I don't want any other good people have same disastrous experience anymore, so I'm posting this to bring an alert for all people who is moving with this moving service!!
