We had a terrible experience with this company. They arrived on time, but it went downhill from there. They were texting the entire time they were there. They spent time, on the clock, folding their blankets and keeping their stuff in order. We had to pay for that! As a result, we spent 5.5 hours on a job that should have taken 3 hours (based on previous moves)! They were so slow. They were extremely unprofessional. They ran down the truck ramp with my stuff on a dolly and when the dolly hit the pavement, I heard my stuff just crash. They broke off a leg on one of my pieces and tried to tell me it "just fell off". Totally did not take responsibility for damaging my furniture. Just wanted to share my experience and I will never use them again.
