In Nov, 2022 Aris moving moved my things and disposed of some items. Aris moving was supposed to move my bicycle with my other things to my new apartment. The bicycle disappeared. Eric agreed to compensate me for my bicycle but he never sent the money. Then I called again, but I got the impression that sending a compensation cheque in the mail was too much trouble for Eric. Now, the owner does not respond to my emails and phone calls. Some other smaller things disappeared, they went to the wrong drop off location for storage of some items, never gave me a requested receipt for the cost of moving. The list goes on. Incompetent. Do not trust this business.

We hired Aris Moving to move a 2br condo. The estimate was around $825 but ended up paying $1800. The 2 guys arrived 2 hours late. Shortly after starting one guy hurt his back so he called a "friend" to come and help. This friend was not an employee of Aris Moving. Overall, the movers were slow and inefficient. They broke 2 lamps, an ottoman, and lost an irreplaceable item. We contacted the company about this matter, sent pictures and requested a credit but 2 weeks later, nothing has been done. We do NOT recommend this company. Very irresponsible and terrible customer service.

They forgot to move us in on a Saturday when I called on the day before a Friday to confirm and he Eric also confirmed the Saturday at 9 am and a no show I had to phone three times and finally got him out of bed and he said he forgot his mistake and would get a crew to unload the storage unit and bring our belongings to us Well 4 hours later they show up and now we are missing items and pictures my cameras and they say they don’t have them . Well BS now I have to file a legal claim against them and the police will open a file on them . So I say stay away from these guys get someone else to move you these guys have no respect and lack any professional knowledge and skills towards me

Over the years I have dealt with a number of moving companies, but they were far and above the best. We had a number of delicate antiques. They wrapped everything so well, packed the truck expertly, were careful and patient and took their time. They were friendly, and kind. The job took longer than expected and it was hot and muggy. They were absolute troopers.

Made our moving expierence comfortable and easy. Their enthisiastic and outgoing attitude made it easy for us to ask questions and they provided us with all the right information for what we needed to do for moving. They did a great job and they handled all of our furniture with care with no damage. I would strongley recommend Aris Moving Company.
