Because we did not have our home yet, when the truck came with our boxes (no furniture), they transferred everything into our storage space. We could see them stepping on boxes over and over to get to the higher ones ans squashing them. They said some of our boxes had "exploded", no surprise when they are stepped on for a few weeks I guess. These boxes contained our neatly folded clothes, which they thew into our wardrobe box along with a few old carpets we had never see before. As they were unloading, they kept asking "Is this yours?" We have not opened most of the boxes yet as we will get our apartment in a week or so but we can hear the sound of broken glass in some of them. One of our picture frames was broken ,we have not yet checked the others and they stepped on our lampshades which are now useless. Is there something missing? I guess we'll figure that out later. We would NEVER recommend this company.
