I decided to use Best Moves to move from my 1bdr in Prince Albert to Kitchener, My decision was based on all the 5 star reviews they were given online. I can honestly say they are completely deserving of those reviews. From getting in touch promptly and setting up the date and the logistics, to showing up early on the day of the pick-up. They wrapped my furniture and loaded their truck rapidly, efficiently and carefully. They worked so quickly. I was very impressed. They all showed up wearing masks and took the pre cautions you would want during Covid. Before meeting the guys and seeing them work, I never would have imagined they could do the load in 3 hours but they did and that was with taking apart my King size bed. Delivery was an exact reflection. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Absolutely professional and a great group of guys! Thanks to you, Best Moves!!

I will highly recommend these movers if you are planning to move. Experience is great while working with them. First of all they are very responsive when you call them unlike other providers. Dispatcher is quick to respond and makes sure your requirements are understood properly. Even at short notice they were able to give dates which suited our schedule. Guys showed on time and were very professional. All of the guys were good in english and communication was never an issue (Reason I am mentioning it specifically is because I had problems with respect to communication with other providers in the past when guys will not communicate in English). Guys take great care of moving things and are very efficient. I will definitely use them again in future.

Reliable and Customer Service, these are the 2 things that stuck out to me most about this company. From having to reschedule my move twice with them due to personal reasons to making sure that the move went off as easy as possible, they really hit these two major points. I felt bad having to reschedule with them, but they were understanding and patient with me. What they did which was great, was take my contact information down and called me back when a person cancelled and freed up the date that I really wanted. That was a blessing and worked out for my schedule so perfectly. For them to do that for me was so nice because they definitely didn't have to go out of their way to do that. And customer service, that goes hand in hand. Overall, this company did an incredible job and I am very happy with everything.
