   Rapid service

   I decided to use Best Moves to move from my 1bdr in Prince Albert to Kitchener, My decision was based on all the 5 star reviews they were given online. I can honestly say they are completely deserving of those reviews. From getting in touch promptly and setting up the date and the logistics, to showing up early on the day of the pick-up. They wrapped my furniture and loaded their truck rapidly, efficiently and carefully. They worked so quickly. I was very impressed. They all showed up wearing masks and took the pre cautions you would want during Covid. Before meeting the guys and seeing them work, I never would have imagined they could do the load in 3 hours but they did and that was with taking apart my King size bed. Delivery was an exact reflection. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Absolutely professional and a great group of guys! Thanks to you, Best Moves!!

   Clear communication

   I will highly recommend these movers if you are planning to move. Experience is great while working with them. First of all they are very responsive when you call them unlike other providers. Dispatcher is quick to respond and makes sure your requirements are understood properly. Even at short notice they were able to give dates which suited our schedule. Guys showed on time and were very professional. All of the guys were good in english and communication was never an issue (Reason I am mentioning it specifically is because I had problems with respect to communication with other providers in the past when guys will not communicate in English). Guys take great care of moving things and are very efficient. I will definitely use them again in future.

   Went off easy

   Reliable and Customer Service, these are the 2 things that stuck out to me most about this company. From having to reschedule my move twice with them due to personal reasons to making sure that the move went off as easy as possible, they really hit these two major points. I felt bad having to reschedule with them, but they were understanding and patient with me. What they did which was great, was take my contact information down and called me back when a person cancelled and freed up the date that I really wanted. That was a blessing and worked out for my schedule so perfectly. For them to do that for me was so nice because they definitely didn't have to go out of their way to do that. And customer service, that goes hand in hand. Overall, this company did an incredible job and I am very happy with everything.

   Efficient collection

   High praise.

   We used Best Moves website for our house move and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our moving date was moved three times and they managed to accommodate us under these difficult circumstances. Victor was very understanding and supportive at this stressful time. The two guys on the moving day were fantastic and so helpful. Finally the bins provided were collected in a timely manner so from start to finish we were really happy with this service.

   Knew what they were doing.

   I called around a few places and the woman from the company provided to me by Best Moves that I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable, so I went with them. My house was for sale, and she saw the furniture I had that I was going to be moving. And we went through the house, item by item, on what I was going to be taking and what I was not going to be taking, and she came up with an estimate. It was pretty close to what I paid in the end and I actually paid less. The move turned out to be a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. The moving crew was very good. Everything worked out fine. They just all seemed very efficient. They knew what they were doing.

   Moving Grandad's Stuff!

   Exceptionally good customer service. Small amount of stuff to move, but two drop offs. From booking, to final destination communication about arrangements and timing was very efficient. All contact, both by phone, and in person with the drivers, was polite and pleasant. Would recommend to friends and would use again if I have a need.

   Masters at work.

   I wanted to drop you a quick line to say thanks for sending your guys out for our move. The three guys did an outstanding job. This was our third (and it won't be my last) move using Best Moves. I have always been impressed at how the moving teams balance being friendly, moving quickly, and being gentle with the furniture and boxes. They have mastered that difficult balance well. I also appreciate the friendliness that the moving teams have. There is never any kind of complaint on their part; they are clearly very happy to be doing their job--and it shows. Please extend to your team my highest appreciation for the relocation. I look forward to using you in my upcoming small move.

    Time found for quality.

    Usually don't write reviews because of lack of time. But thanks to the service and professionalism of Best moves I felt that I needed to share my experience. First they were very helpful and organized from the first phone call while I was comparing my options. They went over their process, timeline and fees. Day before the moving we touch based to make sure that we had everything covered. The day of the moving they arrived early and did all the loading. I especially like how careful they were when packing and handling my belongings. Once they arrived they unpacked everything and placed it as I instructed them. They make this whole event so much easier. I highly recommend Best moves for the next time that you move. Thanks Martin and team!
