If you want your belongings and furniture broken use these movers. All my furniture was damaged. Broke my tv. Destroyed my armoire and wouldn’t come back to put my bed together when they forgot to bring screws. They took days to answer my texts and didn’t have the decency to tell me my armoire was destroyed when they brought my furniture. Don’t use this company. They are crooks and liars.

What a great experience we had with our use of Big Boys Moving. My mother was moving across town and down-sizing so she wasn't taking everything with her, but still had more than enough to fill a truck. In fact, at first, we weren't sure it would all fit. The crew from Big Boys (Robert, Quinton and Bryce) however, knew exactly how to pack it all perfectly. They were so efficient in wrapping all of the furniture, much of which where antique pieces, and all of their work made sure that 100% of my mom's stuff arrived at her new home in perfect condition. Not only were Robert, Quinton and Bryce packing and moving experts (carrying some huge furniture down a set of stairs that have a small landing and a turn half way down), but they were super polite, clean and efficient. From their arrival in the morning starting with wrapping furniture and loading up, until they finished re-assembling the last bed and entertainment center, Robert, Quinton and Bryce were absolute moving experts!! I can't recommend Big Boys Moving and especially these three guys enough. Thank you so much!! T.R. Campbell

I have used Big Boys for several small and large jobs for my business in Palm Harbor. They have always been exceptional from scheduling to clean up after the job is complete. The guys are on time, friendly and very professional and patient. Can't say enough positive things about them! I would highly recommend this company and they will continue to be my "go to" moving company.

I needed to have a 400lb safe moved with little time to have it done. Shelby sent Rob & Wes who arrived quickly They had the safe loaded & on the way to the destination within 10 minutes. They arrived at the destination, had the safe off-loaded and in the house within a few minutes. The care Wes & Rob took with this safe resulted in NO DAMAGES. I will recommend Big Boys Moving, and particularly, Wes & Rob, to all who ask. Thank you Shelby, Rob & Wes. George F.

My mother who is on a fixed income was completely ripped off. Explain to me how an apt that is 500 Sq ft costs over $1,000 to move. The move was supposed to take 2 hrs but ended up taking 7 hrs. The movers had to call the owner to help move a curio. The owner observed the movers arguing and was told by 1 mover that the other was not helping. I drove by and observed 1 mover walking back from the store while on the clock. We actually were moving into the new apt and witnessed 2 other residents start and finish their move while our movers took breaks and held conversations with residents. My mother has called Shelby over 15 times and left messages with no response. Yeah, I wonder why. The list just goes on. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS
