I never write reviews but i'm doing it so you don't make the same mistake and hire this company. if i could give zero stars i would. i waited 2 whole days for a same day delivery.
i scheduled a pickup-delivery of a grand piano. gave them every detail possible, pay my deposit and i thought i was set to go. When they arrived the day of delivery, the guys said they couldn't perform the job because it was too steep and that they needed more than 3 guys to move it even though i told them about the four steps. they took my piano without asking before how we could resolve the situation. i called the managers, who were extremely rude (except for the one i dealt with on 4/21), and one of them even accused me of using different names to get different quotes and that i had not given them enough information.
the next day i took off from work because i just told them that i didn't want to deal with them and just drop the piano off on my lawn. well, they didn't show up and after many calls to their office they told me that they weren't able to deliver that day and it was gonna be until the next morning. i was beyond upset.
when the movers arrived to my door, guess what? They hired a different company to deliver it!!!!! i was extremely confused and the new guy told me that they just paid him to leave it on the curve, but he felt bad about it so he Charged me 200 dlls extra to put in my house! i know its not his fault, he was very helpful, but D-Town Movers should've cover all costs because *drumroll* the new company ONLY USE THREE GUYS TO GET IT UP THE 4 STEPS.
DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY.
