They have no idea what they're doing. These boys were fast to pack our "Pack Rats" & polite. We thought they were fine until we got to our new home out of state. That's when we found that they had done a very poor job arranging our things. All of our furniture with legs on them were all broken (multiple dressers & armoires). Our push lawn mower was put on top of a pile of furniture / mattresses, which then leaked traces of gasoline & oil onto our belongings. They reeked so badly that we were ill from the fumes. It was late November & we had moved to the Midwest, so airing them out meant that we had to turn the heat off when it was in the 20s-30s. We could not sleep on them / be in the house for more than 30 min at a time. We spent 3 weeks trying to air them out / treat them with baking soda & vinegar spray. We had to unexpectedly stay with my MIL for those 3 weeks thanks to this issue. All the while, I was trying to contact Ray (owner) to report the issues & file an insurance claim (they reportedly have insurance). I sent photos & gave him the contact info for the movers who unpacked the "Pack Rats" for us, who were able to make statements that they found / witnessed the terrible packing / damage to our things. All Ray would say was that he was not comfortable w/ providing us any compensation directly & he didn't want to report it to his insurance company. Now he's ghosted me. This was a ridiculously difficult & expensive move thanks to all the complications that these non-professional movers caused.

Ray and his brother Rafael worked fast and efficiently. They handled all fragile boxes and all the furniture with pristine care. Compared to the other movers i’ve called they were also the most reasonably priced. would recommend to anyone, and I will also be using them once my new lease is up!

Showed up on time, and made sure my furniture was packed properly for the move! Very good service and would highly recommend them as your go-to mover.

Beware! Do not use this company. My move was scheduled on 7/3/19 between 9-10, and I received a text confirmation directly from Ray on 7/2 that they would be there. My lease was up and I had to be out on 7/3. On the morning of 7/3 at 7:13 am I got a text from Ray that their truck was down and a mechanic was on the way. He said he'd keep me updated. At 9:09 I texted back to ask how it was coming. He said mechanic was there and they were waiting for a part. I asked him if he thought he would still be able to come that day. He responded that they would be there today even if they had to rent a truck. (this made me feel a little better at that time.) I checked back in at 11:38.. crickets. Checked again at 12:58.. crickets. He just stopped responding and left me hanging. I had a hard time finding another same day/short notice moving service, (the day before the 4th of July!) but eventually I did, thank goodness! This is just bad business and I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you risk trusting your move to someone who does business this way.
