This is my third move in four years with Flat Rate Movers and as always, it was a great move. Depending on who your sales rep is, they may be difficult to connect with over the phone because they have so many clients but they call back consistently and the central office is always able to have a sales rep to step in and help you. They're also always available over email. The dispatch team and movers teams (who you work with on the day of) were great, professional, and responsive. They do their job quickly, respectfully, and easily. Highly recommend!
