Great Team of Movers in NYC
The 3 Movers were tremendous. Serious, focused, amazingly dedicated!! and careful and kind. This was a move with one stop out of state, which means they arrived before 9am to pack up and then weren't finished unpacking at the designated stop until 9pm....and didn't complain or hesitate or slow down their efforts. And then they were ready to show up at the second designated stop, in another state! at 10am the next morning to unload the second part of the move. Nothing short of Amazing. Brilliant.

Seamless Move.
This is my third move in four years with Flat Rate Movers and as always, it was a great move. Depending on who your sales rep is, they may be difficult to connect with over the phone because they have so many clients but they call back consistently and the central office is always able to have a sales rep to step in and help you. They're also always available over email. The dispatch team and movers teams (who you work with on the day of) were great, professional, and responsive. They do their job quickly, respectfully, and easily. Highly recommend!
