NEVER AGAIN! Communication was beyond terrible. Good luck getting anyone on the phone, they are terrible at returning calls and tremendously unhelpful on the whole. Never got the promised 24 hour call before pick-up or on the multiple deliveries (they failed to deliver multiple times). Supposedly a 10-2 pick-up, I called a 4pm when there was still no sign of the movers, and was told they were running an hour late.. they arrived after 5pm. Dishonest! Sketchy packing list with things like "mildew" marked on things that have never been exposed to moisture and don't have mildew damage now. Also, they attempted to charge me for storage when they failed to deliver on schedule. Expected delivery was Sept 27, delivery date rolled a couple times with no notice (I had to call in to find out they weren't coming). Actual delivery was October 14 and they failed to deliver 5 boxes. Multiple failures to redeliver the missing boxes. Called me one day at 7pm to tell me they'd deliver "sometime after midnight" the same day (I was out of town so I declined). Later they "forgot" to load my boxes on the truck on 3 occasions before I got them in mid December (again I had to call in each time to find this out). No compensation was offered.

Consider yourself warned. This company is shady and they have a system down on how they will take advantage of you. Some staff are pleasant about it, others are completely useless. Your items will not show up when you want them to. They will be damaged and if there is any box left around your goods, it will be mangled like it has been put through a compactor. I was given 5 different delivery times, none were ever really confirmed and when they finally did show up, they gave minimal notice which resulted in me not being able to block off an elevator for them. DO NOT rely on their quote and DO NOT agree to pay anything more than a deposit before you are given the official weight scale ticket and list contract list of items. Make sure the items list contains SPECIFIC DETAILS about every single item or else it will go missing. It is not enough to write down Box #20. They ripped me off and I am 100% confident about it. They weighed their "empty truck" 10 days prior to picking up my load then weighed "my items" and I'm sure other peoples to then pass the charges on to me. I provided a weight that was purposesly higher than I knew my items weighed in order for me to have a clear picture of what to expect when I moved those items. In the eyes of this company, I was an additional 1300 lbs over that weight which is completely impossible given I seriously moved a single chair and some boxes of clothes and kitchen items. 3000 lbs was their assessment, unbelievable. I didn't want to fight with them too much before got my items into my house for fear that they would end up throwing them into a ditch somewhere but when they finally arrived, they are in horrible condition. After disputing the charges I was told that they would not deliver my items to my home until I signed a credit authorization accepting the amount that they had charged me 30 days earlier, yes for the additional 1300lbs. THIS IS CALLED EXTORTION. I called the police and have filed a report with them. I also have my lawyer looking into filing a suit against the company for fraud, extortion, and misrepresentation of services. You will never be able to get in touch with the person you need to. They will be there, they just wont talk to you once you have booked your order. I would say that 80% of my items actually made it to my house. I wont say they were stolen but they were "lost". It was the worst service experience I have ever had in my entire life. EVER and for the love of god do not let it happen to you. JUST RUN! .

In short..they sent an estimator. ..who showed up several hours late and gave us an estimate of less than half of what we were charged. On moving day, movers showed up over 4 hours late, were there until the wee hours of the morning . They had to call a second truck in at 11 pm because of the mis calculation on volume. They refused to do things we negotiated with their manager and payed extra for (disassembly) and were rude. We got the bill for over double what we were quoted and they threatened to not send our stuff until we payed. when we finalky got our stuff we estimated there was over $2000 damage. We filled out their "insurance claim" form and they offered us $100 in compensation. Stay away from these unethical thieves at all costs.

NEVER NEVER NEVER select Greenland Vanline as your mover even if they want to do it free of charge!! here is my experince in summary 1). They deceived you with the weights around double times and never give you a weigh scale ticket 2). choosing pick up date is by you. choosing delivery date is by them!! 3). They charge you in every possible way before your delivary in any possible way!! and threat you not to deliver before your payment. it is not because your staff needs extra care or something. they ask you money even if they make a mistake on address, time, .. any thing 4) people there are very irresponsible they will be disappeared after you pay them. I had a very very very bad experiences with this company and will follow my case in any possible way.

They overcharge and no return calls. Their internal system is utter chaos! Their booking agent told you one thing and accounting department told you another thing. The women working in accounting department was very rude and egregious. She changed their contract in the midway of shipping and forced me to accept it. She yelled me that she didn't care whatever their booking agent promised to me before my booking. Their customer service manager was very rude too. When I asked him about the overcharge and if he can rescale my stuff, he accused me: "no way, you're creating problems and wasting my time. You had only two options: pay and I deliver your shipment, or I put your stuff in a storage room, you pick up by yourself after you pay." After your shipment is loaded to their truck, they do whatever they want. They don't follow their promise to you before you book with them. No honesty, no respect to their customers at all. They don’t appreciate your business. WHAT THEY TRULY WANT IS ONLY the MONEY in YOUR POCKET. I list my shipping items below for your reference.
