The movers were friendly, courteous and very helpful. They answered all my questions. They showed up on time for pick up and even delivered a little earlier than I expected. All items were present and accounted for. All in the same condition as when picked up. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quick and prompt moving job. Excellent job guys!

I am so glad my co-worker suggested I use this company. When I got the news my job had transferred me I had a ton of things to coordinate. Packing and moving was not something I really had time to deal with. Greenpoint Vanlines was terrific. On time, as quoted, and a great crew. Would recommend to others. My furniture arrived with no damage. And all boxes were intact and looked just like they did when they were loaded in Houston.

I'll keep this short and to the point: -Movers showed up 2 hours late to pick up. -The move is already taking a week longer than the longest estimate I was given (estimate was delivery on the 22nd to 26th, today is the 31st) and will almost certainly take an additional week. -Movers charged me $650 dollars over the estimate, including doubling the price per cubed foot after I exceeded a space-needed estimate THAT THEY MADE THEMSELVES WITH NO VISUAL INSPECTION OF MY THINGS. -I called repeatedly and never had my calls returned, and was eventually told by Kelly that my complaints were "crap", after which she hung up on me. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I have moved three times in the last 4 yrs. and all my experiences with long-distance moving companies has been horrible. This last time a friend told me about greenpoint vanlines and I am so glad I used them. They're customer service was great. They took all the stress out of my move and did it without taking every dime I had. They even packed my house for free. The gentlemen who cam in and moved my home were very professional and they took care of my belongings. They were on time picking up at my old home and delivering to my new home! I would refer this company to anyone and everyone!
