Legacy/Klavuhn Moving & Storage is the worst moving company ever! I have moved about 16 times in my life & I have NEVER seen any movers as awful as this company. When packing up, they banged around & threw together our possessions, as well as damaging walls & doorframes. When they took apart furniture, they mangled parts, & left parts & pieces everywhere, even outside in the road. When unloading into a storage unit, we noticed nicks, tears, scratches, cracks on many pieces of furniture. Items were not treated with any care. Broken pieces of furniture, as well as nuts & bolts were left in the storage unit. Items on the truck were packed in a way that they fell from above & came crashing down & were dented & broken. (we witnessed this) Wardrobe boxes with expensive clothing that we packed, were opened & dirty boxes were shoved in, crumpling clean clothing into a wad. Because they took apart many pieces of furniture & left assorted parts & pieces carelessly on the ground, we will never be able to reassemble these items when we finally get them to our new house. So we paid a lot of money for them to ship them, then we will have to pay a lot of money to replace them, now that they are useless. Since most of our items were packed into a storage unit, we won't know the full extent of the damage & loss until we unpack it. The damage described above is only what we were able to witness, it's only a small percent of the total moving job. We will be in for a lot of broken & damaged items, once we are able to unpack. Most of the employees looked miserable & seemed to be there reluctantly, thus treating our possessions without any care whatsoever. This company charged us A LOT of money for this move. (price of a decent car!) Be warned, they are awful & will destroy your possessions. One of the worst experiences of dealing with any business.

Update: After registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & another agency, we have come to find out that Legacy Movers FORGED my signature & my initials on some of the moving documents when they responded to the complaints.
