This company is full of excuses and insincere apologies but woefully short of action and results. They loaded our personal effects/houshold goods on May 18th and did not deliver them until June 17th. A FULL MONTH AFTER LOADING!! The packing process was good. The loading process was ok although they caused $900 damage to oak furniture. But our things sat in Colorado for a month while we waited in Illinois for their delivery. We were sleeping on air mattresses, eating from paper plates and plastic untensils. We had only a week's worth of clothing as they initially told us they scheduled our delivery for May 31st. We took with us only one fry pan and cooking pot as a result. We were starting new jobs so we had to buy new clothing, dishes, utensils, air conditioning units (out AC units were loaded on the trailer) and everything else needed to just live our daily lives. Mesa kept dragging their feet on getting our trailer out of CO to IL. We were sick and tired of hearing their excuses and apologies. We are people of action and wanted to hear solutions not how they "emailed someone" every day we called about the status of our property. This company doesn't seem to realize that your entire life is loaded onto their equipment and they are holding up your living of your life. They don't care about you, your personal effects or your household goods. They would rather you suffer the effects of abject poverty than lift a finger to solve your problem. No, I would not recommend this company to anyone thinking of moving. I consider hiring this company to move us as one of the worst mistakes of my life. Please don't make it yours.
