   On time Delivery

   The delivery is on time. Joseph and Roberto were polite. The management is in full contact with the client all the way. There is just one furniture damaged due to inadequate packing. The insurance promptly paid for it. Giving them 4 stars.

   Too expensive

   I do NOT recommend Mesa Moving and Storage. They are too expensive. With their fuel surcharge and other add-ons, I paid $425 per hour for my move. But what burns me is how they went about it; the salesguy said one thing and then when they billed me, they did something else. There are other moving companies just as good and much more reasonable.

   WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE!!

   This company is full of excuses and insincere apologies but woefully short of action and results. They loaded our personal effects/houshold goods on May 18th and did not deliver them until June 17th. A FULL MONTH AFTER LOADING!! The packing process was good. The loading process was ok although they caused $900 damage to oak furniture. But our things sat in Colorado for a month while we waited in Illinois for their delivery. We were sleeping on air mattresses, eating from paper plates and plastic untensils. We had only a week's worth of clothing as they initially told us they scheduled our delivery for May 31st. We took with us only one fry pan and cooking pot as a result. We were starting new jobs so we had to buy new clothing, dishes, utensils, air conditioning units (out AC units were loaded on the trailer) and everything else needed to just live our daily lives. Mesa kept dragging their feet on getting our trailer out of CO to IL. We were sick and tired of hearing their excuses and apologies. We are people of action and wanted to hear solutions not how they "emailed someone" every day we called about the status of our property. This company doesn't seem to realize that your entire life is loaded onto their equipment and they are holding up your living of your life. They don't care about you, your personal effects or your household goods. They would rather you suffer the effects of abject poverty than lift a finger to solve your problem. No, I would not recommend this company to anyone thinking of moving. I consider hiring this company to move us as one of the worst mistakes of my life. Please don't make it yours.

   Moving horrible

   worst moving company i have used in 20+ years of multiple cross-country moves. slow/lazy loaders. late on delivery. damaged several furniture pieces and stained/dirtied several more. overflow container now over a week late. horrible customer service. DO NOT USE

   Avoid using this company at all costs! First, the attempted to load our belongings on a truck that was already overpacked with another customers goods, causing them to put some of our belongings on an addictional truck the next day. Then, they determined our destination was unsafe for delivery..fine ok I get that. However,the next day I was asked to provide an alternative address which I did (a storage place) I was told that Ithey now couldn’t deliver for another week and I would have to pay an additional delivery fee of almost 4000.00 even though there never was a delivery made the first time. This company has in effect stolen thousands of dollars from us.

   Mesa Moving Systems - Awful Experience.

   Mesa Moving Systems was the worst moving experience in my life and professional career.  They are very dishonest and find every excuse to not resolve missing furniture or repair of damages caused during the handling or moving of personel property.  I'm having to hire legal attorney to replace lost and damaged furniture.  I highly advise that no one fire Mesa Moving for a moving or relocation..beware!
