Move Smart Management LLC has been terrible to work with. We had a move where the movers damaged multiple pieces of furniture. We bought a move insurance plan that covered up to $50,000 in damage. When we filed the claim Teresa Cappuccio was extremely rude and informed me that she would only talk to me by email, because she did not like my tone. I was also informed that they had 120 days to respond to our claim by federal law. The claim was submitted with all requested information as of Jun 6th, 2022. It was 120 days as of October 6th, 2022, and we have still not heard from them after contacting them multiple times. I am currently working with an Attorney and will be taking further action shortly. I would also like to warn anyone else to not work with this company. So far it has proven to be a scam.
