This place is TERRIBLE! I gave them a month and a half notice on the date I wanted to have my car delivered, and when the time came, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone or they kept giving me the run around. I finally went with a different company, they kept my ENTIRE deposit, and never returned my phone calls afterwards. Once I got my car back, I noticed the entire back seat (which had brand new shoes, and other personal belongings) was missing! This company is scam! I lost over $500 between the deposit and my stolen items. They are terrible people anda terrible business!

If I could write 0 stars I would PLEASE do me a favor and stay far far away from this company. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. Taking peoples money and leaving them hanging. My mom was supposed to get her car shipped from Detroit to Dallas. She paid over $600 right before Christmas. They promised her that a driver would call her, leaving her in limbo and no communication from anyone. Rosa is the rudest lady on the planet and needs to be without a job. Debra acts like she’s nice but swindles you in and once she collects your money she’s just as rude. A dispatcher finally called my mom to tell her that she owes another $800 on top of the $600 she already paid. She signed some fake contract thinking they are legit. They are NOT. Don’t do it. SCAMMERSSSS!!! Right before Christmas WOW!

We enlisted the services of New Way Moving Services Inc to relocate our Toyota Tacoma to our new residence. They efficiently picked up the vehicle, and the entire process, from collection to delivery, went seamlessly. Our grandson is absolutely thrilled, and we are equally delighted with the exceptional service we experienced. We highly endorse this company.

Debra and Rachel were fantastic in assisting me with transporting my car to the shop and back, which was eight hours away. They consistently kept me informed about the expected arrival time for both pick-up and delivery. There were no problems with either transaction, and the shipper returned the car within a day during Thanksgiving week. ♥

Debra was amazing to work with. She helped me get my vehicle transported. She kept in constant communication with me. She even was available when she was out of the office. Debra also helped me use a previous credit I had on my account. I would definitely use New Way Moving Services Inc again for any of my future transporting needs.
