Pros:
1.Were able to accommodate changes due to apartment issues when notified 24 hours beforehand.
2.Have a truck.
Cons:
1.If you have someone inexperienced with moving, be sure to watch the clock and instruct the movers to leave at the exact time.... as my daughter had them for 2 hours and at 10 minutes after the 2 hours, they informed her they were through but that she would need to pay an additional $80 as she had gone 10 minutes over. They could have easily left at the scheduled time. A 2 hr move of items from 1 room (BR)had a total cost of $430.
2.Also, they only take cash or charge 5% if a card is used. Keep extra cash in case you get charged extra.
