This has to be the most unprofessional “mom and pop” company I have ever dealt with in my life. The customer service manager, Frank, even gay bashed me by calling me a “sissy”—completely unacceptable behavior. I called this company for 29 days straight without a single update on where my furniture was or when I could expect it. Only after a heated discussion with Frank did anything happen that same evening, proving someone had dropped the ball long ago but no one cared enough to take accountability.
Per the contract I was pressured into signing, I was supposed to be notified by noon the day before delivery. Instead, when I called on a Wednesday at 4:30 PM, I was suddenly told, “Oh, your delivery will be there tomorrow morning.” Because they failed to follow their own contract and give me adequate notice, I was forced to reschedule and then pay a $1,344.12 ransom just to get my furniture released.
Keep in mind, I only had a queen mattress, bed, dresser, two nightstands, a recliner, and a few boxes of clothes—there was no reason it should have taken this long. Even after 30 days, no one cared, no one worked with me, and they were already outside their own timeframe. They overcharged me, they scammed me, and then they humiliated me.
When delivery finally came, they sent just one driver and I was forced to help move my own furniture, including my luxury Tempur mattress, which arrived with drag marks, a buckled middle, and was completely ruined.
Bottom line: this company is unprofessional, dishonest, abusive, and nothing but a scam. Avoid them at all costs
